NAT-T patch from stable/7

Hi,

with an upcoming 7.3-RELEASE I have put an updated (though not tested;-)
NAT-T patch from stable/7 at
 	http://people.freebsd.org/~bz/20100123-01-ipsec-natt-mfc7.diff
