How do I configure ProFTPd to support resuming broken downloads.

Hi,

I found the post on the link below

I have the same problem running Linux Fedora core 1
with proftpd, I can upload/download overwrite, but
cannot resume. I can't find any document to configure
it to resume. Can you help.
