coexistence of Istec TA and passive ISDN card with isdnd

Hi,

currently I'm having trouble setting up a box running 5.0-RELEASE
using the ELSA MicroLink ISDN/PCI card in coexistence with my
ISTEC 1003 TA.

I can dial out to my ISP using one channel but then my TA won't react to
give me a line on the second channel.
When I call from outside I get a "temporarily not available" message
on the first try. Sometimes, the second try succeeds in ringing the
phone. All connections attempts are logged by isdnd.
Nevertheless, I still get no line to dial out with my phone.
After I hang up the isdn-connection of my computer I have to power-cycle
my TA to get a line again. What's wrong here?

(Besides, my old configuration (4.4-RELEASE with Teles S0/16) works still
flawlessly. -- Except that its isdnd crashes when someone dials in while
my new box has dialed out. NB: The old box isn't connected yet.)
