ciss 7.x problem on rx2660

Hi!

I'm trying to install FreeBSD to HP Integrity server, model rx2660. 
The problem is that ciss driver doesn't work for me in any 7.x 
releases. At the same time, this driver does work in 6.x releases, 
although there are other problems. This is how it looks:

6.1, 6.2:

I didn't find anything similar to my problem at google, so I'm writing
