Updating PCI vendors database

I'll wait a little longer for more comments but then: yes, I'll go and do it.

I was thinking of putting it in head and waiting a good while for the
screaming to subside and the fires to go out before raising the idea of
merging it to stable.

Barring any clear counterindications, I'll just "do this" in the next day or
so.
