Primary selection fix for GTK

Hello,

Shift-Insert does not work as intended in GTK: instead of pasting X primary
selection, it pastes clipboard, thus breaking compatibility with terminal
emulators. I have written to gtk-devel at gnome.org about this, but they did not
admit there is any problem whatsoever.

I've made patches that correct the bug in both x11-toolkits/gtk20 and
x11-toolkits/gtk30. Please commit!
