[PATCH] add qt3 binding support to avahi

I've just tried to do this, however the qt3 bindings appear to rely on 
libavahi-common actually being located and built within the avahi tree, 
unlike the py-avahi port which appears to build OK on its own. Also, the 
pkgconfig file is only installed by the top level automakefile.

It may therefore be quicker and easier therefore to take this patch 
as-is. It would be great if this could happen as it is needed for 
kdnssd-avahi to build.
