org.freedesktop.SystemToolsBackends service cannot be found

gnome_enable="YES" will start the system-tools-backends daemon.  So will
system_tools_backends_enable="YES".  Even though, most of the tools are
broken, and we are looking for some Perl people to help bring back
FreeBSD support.
