A4 paper -- how to change??

Yes, that's the setup I'm using. I have a print server running std cups controlling
an HP LaserJet 5SiMX via JetDirect. My laptop connect to this server with cups-lpr.
I can't change print options via the print dialog, but at least it's printing in
letter format :)
