xchat2 with the new gtk port .

localhost# xchat
/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libgtk-x11-2.0.so.400" not found,
required by "xchat"


please fix the xchat build with the new gtk port , i can run it by renaming
the lib file but i know also that's WRONG! , Thanks
