Patch to gnomepilot2 for USB support under FreeBSD 5.x

Attached is a patch to add FreeBSD 5.x USB support to gpilotd
(/usr/ports/palm/gnomepilot2).

I've been using it for about a week without any issue.  It is nice to
be able to sync my Treo 650 to evolution ;)

The last entry is a little funny but I figured I'd let the
professionals clean it up.
