USB3 AXGE Gigabit dongle not detected at boot, but detected when plugged in after boot.

Hi

I have the same problem with ASIX AX88179 USB 3.0 to GE adapter. I am using
pfSense based on FreeBSD 12. When I turn off and turn on the station
everything is ok, but when I reboot the server (warm start), the system
don't recognise the ethernet interface (USB to GE stick). I have try to add
if_axge_load="YES"
kern.cam.boot_delay="20000"
vfs.mountroot.timeout="10"
in the /boot/loader.conf file, but with no success.
