kern/103715: [mpt] Broadcom BCM5708SKFB not recognised by the driver & new lsi SAS mpt driver seems not stable on DELL PE1955 (Blade)

I removed [mpt] from this because there is absolutely no content about 
what the issues with mpt are.  When more info is collected, please file 
a separate PR.
