DMA patch for Cubieboard

Hello all,
As a part of my Google summer of code project, I have created a patch which
adds DMA I/O support for the MMC driver already commited in ~HEAD

I have tested it on Cubieboard 1 (Allwinner A10 Soc). It would be really
great, if anybody could test it as well on A10 or A20.  If you use A20,
then you have to use FTRGLEVEL for A20 in the patch.
