NTP import coming question: location of crypto keys for ntpd

Sounds like a fine place for me. As long as you don't move ntp.conf, I
don't think people are going to notice, and other platforms have /etc/ntp
already.

A heads-up for the import in general is probably warranted.  NTP can break
in strange and unusual ways and it can be hard to notice :)
