Before, one of you ask or tell me that I have missed some. If any ports  
that only has *.schemas file(s) installed without have gconf  
created/installed then it means this port has the broke gconf or isn't  
install gconf key in the correct way. It won't make any difference with  
this change, only difference for the ports with the working gconf for  
GNOME 2.7/2.8.
