2940U2W under Linux 2.4.x

			Hello,

I've looked around and haven't been able to find anyone who's had a
similar problem, so here goes. I have (as the subject mentions) a
2940U2W that works perfectly under kernel 2.4.2 on an AMD Athlon system.
However, any kernel after that panics when initializing the card.
I've tried patching with the latest drivers off of Justin's page to no
avail. I've included two boot logs, one from 2.4.2 and one from 2.4.7
with the full verbose messages turned on. Anyone have any ideas, or
need more info?

Thanks!

Larry Battraw
