5.0.18 on 2.1.105 two controllers (MMAP Memory strangeness)

I have to scsi controlers (one on the motherboard). After upgrading to
5.0.18 the 'MMAP Memory' has changed to 0x0 were as on the 5.0.13 it was
0xcc800000 and scsi0 was at 0xcc802000.

Is this correct?

(scsi0) <Adaptec AIC-7880 Ultra SCSI host adapter> found at PCI 8/0
(scsi0) Narrow Channel, SCSI ID=7, 16/255 SCBs
(scsi0) BIOS enabled, IO Port 0xf800, IRQ 9
(scsi0) IO Memory at 0xfebfb000, MMAP Memory at 0xcc800000
(scsi0) Resetting channel
(scsi0) Downloading sequencer code... 413 instructions downloaded
(scsi1) <Adaptec AHA-2940A Ultra SCSI host adapter> found at PCI 13/0
(scsi1) Narrow Channel, SCSI ID=7, 3/255 SCBs
(scsi1) BIOS enabled, IO Port 0xf400, IRQ 14
(scsi1) IO Memory at 0xfebfa000, MMAP Memory at 0x0
(scsi1) Resetting channel
(scsi1) Downloading sequencer code... 413 instructions downloaded

I have also been having the "Bad scbptr 255 during SELTO" problem

(scsi0:-1:-1:-1) Bad scbptr 255 during SELTO.
(scsi0:-1:-1:-1) Referenced SCB 255 not valid during SELTO.
        SCSISEQ = 0x12 SEQADDR = 0xb SSTAT0 = 0x15 SSTAT1 = 0x8a

and problems when boot with repeated resets.
I will send more information it required and am willing to try stuff out.
