archives broken?

The archives at :

http://confused.ume.maine.edu/~aic7xxx/

seem totally broken, at least for the newest ones (1997-now). Clicking
any message in the hypermail archive index gives you a totally random
unrelated message...

is this a known problem?

also where's the FAQ?
