NEW DATE for OpenZFS Developer Summit, and call for presentations

A few of the key dates for the OpenZFS Developer Summit have changed.  Due
to a scheduling conflict, we are moving the conference date out by 1 week,
to *October 6-7, 2020*.

We are also extending the deadline for presentation proposals by 2 weeks.  *If
you would like to give a talk, submit a proposal by August 3rd to
matt at mahrens.org <matt at mahrens.org>, including a 1-2 paragraph abstract.*
 Speakers will be notified by August 14th.

This event is only possible because of the efforts and contributions of the
