space map corruption?

Hi,

We have seen this panic this morning.  The system refuses to import
the pool read/write, but I was able to import with -F -f -o
readonly=on -R /mnt.

We have backups but can't keep this system down too long.  Is there
anything that can benefit tracing down the bug?  (The system was
running a slightly patched FreeBSD 9.1-RELEASE).
