STF ZFS test suite, part 2

A long time ago, HighCloud security ported OpenSolaris's ZFS Test
suite to FreeBSD.  Spectra Logic improved it, and last September gibbs
posted a snapshot of our work to this list.  Here is an updated
snapshot that contains an additional 9 months' worth of work.  The
most significant update is that the tests have been adapted to run
under the ATF tools instead of the STF tools.  It also contains a few
contributions from araujo.

The README file contains instructions on how to build and run the
tests, but let me summarize the first two rules of the ZFS test suite:

1) You do not run it on a production system.
2) You do not run it on a production system.
