STF version available compatible with HEAD?

I plan to do a step 5) Port the STF's build system to bsd.test.mk.
Then we can ditch the crufty STF build system. I haven't done this
yet because Garrett has made dramatic changes in bsd.test.mk and
related files between stable/9 and head, and we're only using stable/9
over here. But we'll probably switch to 10 soon.
