Heads up on trustedbsd_mac branch integration

I'm in the process of integrating recent FreeBSD 5.0-CURRENT changes into
the trustedbsd_mac branch.  This includes the KSE-III milestone, as well
as changes to the VFS and mount behavior.  As a result, the integration
may be a little bumpy with a few commits to get everything up and running. 
I anticipate the initial integration commit to Perforce in a couple of
hours, so people wanting a stable testing group for the MAC code will
probably want to grab source from about now using P4/CVS, or to wait a
couple of days.  This integration is one of the last steps before we start
merging the TrustedBSD MAC code snapshot to the main FreeBSD tree.
