Finally i've made it

Subj, now i have one of my test boxes setup and run with capabilities
enabled. With real capabilities, suser_enabled=0. I have to set
capabilities to login, reboot, setfcap, mount* binaries.
Not everythin is working, i need father investigation of what binary need
which capabilities. But i'm impressed - root can't create file in some
other user home directory. ;-)))
