diffing a change

It isn't that simple.  Until the submit is complete, the only copy of the
changed files are on the client.  There is no way to see what somebody
intended to submit in a pending change without having a way for the p4
server to break through any firewalls and nat systems to get to the client
and log into it to find the files in the user's private file area.

You can see what files somebody has open and match that up with pending
submits,  but you cant see the diffs for obvious reasons.
