Minor tweaks for release version 2.21:
Minor updates to usage()
Change SUDO to SU in pm_sv() to be more generic
Remove debugging and XXX's
Direct stderr for the other stat to /dev/null too
Couple of whitespace tweaks to avoid diffs to ports version
