These and a few other changes had already been merged to stable/10, to
the "old" location of various files. In r293297 I merged r280950 (Move
the efi loaders to be under sys/boot/efi) to stable/10, which moved
files to new locations and had the unfortunate side effect of losing
the changes MFC'd previously. I'm going through and restoring them
now.
