Log:
  Bring kernel up to date. Mostly changes already in head so that an nfsd.ko
  will load without "options NFSCL" specified for the kernel config.
  The changes also include the most recent client code for handling "soft"
  RPCs to the DSs. This code is still under test, so it hasn't been committed
  to head yet.
