sys/conf/files also contains a reference to cddl/contrib/opensolaris/uts/common/fs/zfs/lz4.c still. This breaks building zfs into the kernel (which builds kernels that are explicitly nonredistributable because of the licence incompatibility, but is useful for having root-on-zfs in circumstances like powerpc64 powernv where there is no native FreeBSD loader at the moment)
