Hello Andreas and Tijl!

Since I think not a whole world have AltGr key (read as "not most
keyboards on the Earth") :)
Think it is OK to use R.Alt as an Alt by default, and enable AltGr with
sysctl kern.vt.enable_altgr.

Committed at r259532.

Any other opinions are welcomed!
