There are a few areas that need to be addressed to get the NVM Express
drivers running on other architectures - namely DMA sync operations and
endianness.  If someone has NVM Express hardware, is interested in non-x86
architectures, and is willing to test, I'd be happy to provide some initial
patches.  But until then I though it was best to only enable these drivers
on amd64 and i386.
