  MFC r367419:
  
  Fix a typo and remove Xr's to vn(4) and vnconfig(4)
  
  "mandoc -Tlint" complained about the Xr to vnconfig, which was removed in
  r238202.  I am not sure but maybe it's time to do the same to vn(4).
