Log:
Update the man page to reflect the addition of NFSv4.2 (r355677).
Include references to NFSv4.2 and associated RFCs.
Also clarify when a Linux client needs to set vfs.nfsd.flexlinuxhack if
a pNFS server is in use.
This is a content change.
