Please, no. The single monolithic foo.conf idea may have made sense back in the day, but with the various knobs that are available for building the system, for ease-of-use/intuitiveness the feature makes sense.
I planned on introducing more of these files for other areas of the system that aren’t currently being handled— like bsnmpd’s logging, etc. I think the modularization makes sense.
