Log:
  Vendor GCC: Bring older verbatim version of cpuid.h
  
  This is mainly for reference: clang has a similar file with minor
  differences that may be affecting portability.
  
  Obtained from:	GCC (gcc-4_3-branch, rev. 129548, pre GPLv3)
