- Replace N(a)/N(i)/N(T)/LEN(a)/ARRAY_SIZE(a) with nitems()
- Add missing <err.h> for err() and <sys/sysctl.h> for sysctlbyname()
- NULL -> 0 for 5th parameter of sysctlbyname()
