Unfortunately ccache does not work properly for buildworld.  At least,
not when you are upgrading the compiler itself.  In this case, it seems
to be invoking the wrong compiler, e.g. running cc from /usr/bin instead
of /usr/obj/usr/src/tmp/usr/bin.  Please disable ccache, and try again.
