Log:
  Remove reference to FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE from 'Upgrading from
  previous releases' paragraph since all supported version of FreeBSD
  now support binary upgrades
  
  Remove 'of course,' from foot note reminding to create a backup
  before attempting a binary update
