There something wrong now with another default or missing file. 
I got
named[3322]: managed-keys-zone ./IN: loading from master file managed-keys.bind failed: file not found
on every named start, unless I manually issue
touch /var/named/etc/namedb/working/managed-keys.bind
and I am not sure it is 100% correct solution.
