Not instead of "just SLEEP", but instead of FLUSH CACHE (by respective
peripheral driver) + SLEEP (by xpt). It should probably be the same.

Just for the note, SCSI specification states that STOP automatically
implies FLUSH CACHE. ATA - doesn't.
