While this does no harm it does not really make sense to bump
PORTREVISON and PORTEPOCH at the same time.  When you bump PORTEPOCH
you can reset PORTREVISION back to 0 since the package version will
increase due to the epoch bump anyway.  If you are unsure you can
check this with something like

$ pkg version -t 1.3.d.344_1,1 1.2.2,2
