This line doesn't tell me anything unless I know what rapidcheck is
(which I don't).

But this one does:

  C++ framework for property based testing inspired by QuickCheck
  and other similar frameworks.

Which IMHO suggests it ought to be the COMMENT field (and coincidentally
the commit message).
