And this is why on -CURRENT we often cheat, and don't update the jails
every 5 minutes.  Thus ignoring this message in the errorlogs:

  !!! Host kernel must be same or newer than jail. !!!
  !!! Expect build failures. !!!

because *in general* things don't change that much.  Of course, if there
is something significant enough, then, yes, the whole package set must
be rebuilt.
