so, the cached file on FreeBSD.org is ok, but the original on the
mastersite is wrong.

The FreeBSD distcache is merely a fallback for temporary failures.
Ports are supposed to work if they are fetched directly from the
mastersites.

IIUC the most recent marking of BROKEN was for a what we used
to call a 'fetch-original' run, e.g, skipping the fallback.
