Log:
audio/easytag: adjust dependencies
- Explicitly add dependencies easytag requires:
* cairo
* audio/ogg for ogg vorbis support
* audio/opus for opus support
- Add runtime dependency on dconf to make sure users
could always have their configuration saved
- Enable file format support options (WAVPACK, OPUS, SPEEX)
by default by adding them to OPTIONS_DEFAULT
- Bump PORTREVISION
