Not sure if this was part of the plan, but rebuilding these packages
does not cause `pkg upgrade' to find the updates and replace the older
php5- versions that I had installed.

I had to manually 'pkg install php-arcanist' to cause the new versions
to be fetched and then have pkg prompt me about the conflicts and remove
the older php5- packages.
