This commit breaks compatibility with emulators/kqemu-kmod{,-devel}.
Maybe remove them as well unless you're waiting for someone else to fork
emulators/qemu.

Neither bhyve, nor Xen dom0, nor VirtualBox work for me. The former two
require nested pages (Nehalem or later) unlike dom0 on NetBSD, the
latter is fragile if built locally (doesn't start) and has horrible CLI.
