multimedia/pHash seems to use consistent capitalization unlike, say,
audio/flac, audio/soundtouch, devel/sdl*, graphics/libGL*, x11/libXext.
pkg-config, shared library, header name and distfile all use pHash, so
artificial inconsistency between two ports would look bad. WWW doesn't
matter because hostnames are always case-insensitive.
A quick search from Porter's Handbook didn't reveal any capitalization
rules or when a port directory name should or shouldn't match its PORTNAME.
