This breaks package building as it share the same name as other ntp.
It has been clearly stated in the 2 commit logs from antoine via:

- its PKGBASE collides with net/ntp

PKGBASE == PKGNAMEPREFIX+PKGNAME+PKGNAMESUFFIX
